Meet the Presenters

Chris Hill, Eastern Regional Sales Manager - ITW EAE - MPM
Chris Hill has worked in the Electronics Industry since 1984 holding various positions at Universal Instruments from Product Manager, Asian Sales Support Manager, Corporate Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager until 2013.  He joined ITW EAE in the Fall of 2013 as the Eastern Sales Manager for Camalot - MPM and earlier this year added the Electrovert product line to his responsibilities.

Tad Formella, Senior Applications Engineer - ITW EAE -  Electrovert
Tad Formella is a senior applications engineer for reflow soldering products at Illinois Tool Works Electronics Assembly Equipment, Electrovert division.  With over 35 years of electronic industry experience across multiple products, processes and applications, Tad is recognized as a reflow process expert on a global basis.  Tad coauthors US patents and several technical papers related to reflow equipment and SMT processes.  

Ravi Parthasarathy, M.S.Ch.E, Senior Application Engineer - ZESTRON Americas
Ravi Parthasarathy, M.S.Ch.E., is a Senior Application Engineer at ZESTRON Americas.  He has contributed to multiple case studies performed in collaboration with major cleaning equipment manufacturers.  He has conducted numerous technical studies addressing critical cleaning challenges worldwide, publishing results in leading industry journals as well as presenting them at key industry events such IPC APEX and SMTA International. Mr. Parthasarathy graduated with a Master’s Degree in Chemical & Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A & M University.  He has been with ZESTRON Americas since 2004.

Mike Konrad, President / CTO - Aqueous Technologies
Michael Konrad is an industry expert on the removal of contamination from circuit assemblies. Mike has been part of the electronic assembly cleaning industry for the past thirty-two years. He has designed several automated cleaning and cleanliness testing machines, has published scores of technical articles on the subjects of cleaning and cleanliness quantification and is a member of Editorial Boards for several industry publications. Mike served on the US Navy’s EMPF manufacturer’s committee and is a featured speaker at industry events and technical workshops worldwide. Mike has served as an Expert Witness in civil litigation matters concerning post-reflow cleanliness assessment and contamination-related failure mechanisms. Mike is the founder of Aqueous Technologies and serves as its President/CTO.

Jody Saultz, Application Engineer - ITW EAE - Electrovert
Jody Saultz has been with ITW EAE for 27 years and currently serves as Application Engineer – Cleaning Products, and is based out of the factory in Camdenton, Missouri. Mr. Saultz’s responsibilities include performing all cleaning product and process evaluations (in-line and batch) at the factory and at customer sites.

Terry Munson, Owner - Foresite
Terry Munson is the owner, operator, and senior consultant at Foresite Inc. for the last 25 years.  Foresite is a consulting firm, testing laboratory, and equipment supplier that specializes in quality and reliability issues of electronic hardware at fabrication, assembly and fielded systems. Foresite has developed and patented the C3 localized cleanliness assess system to work in the laboratory and on the production floor as a process monitor tool for process residues.
